Hello, we are Larry & Katherine, the home owners of this property in the Fort Lauderdale Florida area.

While our family has had the opportunity to travel and live abroad, South Florida has been our home for the past 30+ years. Having escaped the cold winters of the Northern US some time ago , Larry and I have been blessed to enjoy the beautiful weather here year round. We would be so pleased to extend our hospitality and share our home with you.

We think Fort Lauderdale is the perfect location to experience all the wonderful things that Florida has to offer.

Speaking of location, our home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood that truly stands out for many reasons. Our wonderfully kind neighbors take great pride in maintaining their homes with an abundance of native palms and landscaping. So easy to walk or run at any time day or night.
